A. You can place an order for each item through the "Order" page on our website. Additionally, you can also place orders by email or phone, and contact us via WhatsApp as well.
Q. Are all products available on the website？
A. Due to updates, some products may not be listed on the website..

2.About Printing
Q. Is the size of the printing pre-determined？
A. If there are no specific requests, we'll create the design with a general size.After the design is confirmed, it can be modified as many times as needed until the final design is decided.
Q. Can individual names be added to each uniform？
A. Yes, individual names, as well as different names and numbers, can be added to each uniform.You can use hiragana, katakana, kanji, and alphabets (which can be mixed). Please refer to the "Color/Font" page for font type.
Q. Is it possible to order a uniform or training wear without printing？
A. Yes, it is possible.
Q. Is it possible to use a company logo, original design, symbols (★▲∞), and the number "999" for printing？
A. Yes, it is possible.
Please send us the design data for company logos and original designs.The price may vary depending on whether it's a single or multiple colors, or the height, so please consult us.

Q. What colors can be used for printing？
A. We have 100 colors available, which you can see on the "Color/Font" page.Please contact us if you want to use other colors.
Q. Is it possible to attach printings anywhere on the uniform？
A. Yes, we can attach printings to any part of the uniform as per your request.Please inform us of your specific requests when placing an order, such as "Sleeve logo request" or "Pants wappen request."
Q. I want to order an original printing. What should I do？
A. If you already have design data (such as photos or design images), please attach them and send them with the email reply.
However, if you want an accurate and desired printing, please send us detailed design data (as large as possible). The image format can be ".jpg" and ".gif," but if you have Adobe Illustrator, please send us the original ".ai" or ".eps" format. Also, if you don't have such design data, you can send us a fax or a rough picture, and our store's designer will trace it beautifully.

Q. Can you tell me about how to care for the uniform?
A. To keep your uniform in good condition, please note the following points:
・Do not use a dryer, as it may cause the uniform and printings to peel or deteriorate.
・Do not iron over the printing surface, as rubber printings may melt.
・Use normal water and neutral detergent for washing.
・Do not use bleach.
・Avoid using fabric softener, as it may affect the functionality of the uniform.
・Wash colored clothes separately whenever possible.
・To avoid damaging the printings, wash the uniform inside out. It is recommended to put it in a washing net.・If the uniform is left soaked in water for a long time or left wet, it may cause color transfer or printing deterioration.
・For drying, it is best to hang the uniform in a well-ventilated place in the shade. Drying it in direct sunlight may cause the color to fade.
